Obituary for James Daniel Trenner
James Daniel Trenner, age 54, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. He was born March 8, 1956, in Cambridge, son of Betty Elizabeth Sopko McCauley of Marietta and the late Raymond Lewis Buck Trenner. He was a 1974 graduate of Shenandoah High School and was employed as an oil field worker by Warren Drilling in Dexter City. He was Methodist by faith, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing, watching football and basketball, and spending time with his grandson.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Patricia Buckey; his step-mother, Juanita Hogue Trenner of Cambridge; his step-father, Wayne Sparky McCauley of Ava; two step-daughters, Rachel Young of Sarahsville and Angie Buckey of Caldwell; one step-son, Johnny Buckey of Caldwell; two sisters, Linda Darlene (Terry) Roberts and Julia Trenner Roberts (Tom) Ogle, both of Caldwell; one brother, Terry Lee (Daphine) Trenner of Byesville; a half-sister, Sherry Trenner of Cambridge; three half-brothers, David, Ronnie, and Brian Trenner, all of Cambridge; one grandson, Caleb Buckey; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends may call Friday, October 8, 2010, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow at 8PM with Pastor William T. Cain officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, P.O. Box 263,Caldwell, Ohio, 43724, to assist with expenses.
