Obituary for Yvonne E. Tonnous Peters
Yvonne E. Tonnous Peters, age 42, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge, Ohio. She was born August 25, 1965, in Cambridge, daughter of Patty A. Archer Tonnous of Caldwell and Richard J. Tonnous, Sr. of Homeworth. She was a 1983 graduate of Caldwell High School and a graduate of Massillon College, where she received an associates degree in business administration. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church, Caldwell, and its Ladies Prayer Group. She enjoyed reading and computers. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Brianna Renee Tonnous of Homeworth; her fiance, Jim Walters of Caldwell; her step-mother, Teri Tonnous of Homeworth; her paternal grandmother, Glenna Tonnous of Belle Valley; one sister, Ursula A. (Evan) Hughey of Caldwell; two brothers, Richard J. (Mona) Tonnous, Jr. of Dexter City and Brent B. (Melissa) Tonnous of Caldwell; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends may call Thursday, April 10, 2008, from 2-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Friday, April 11th at 10AM at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Caldwell, with Father Wayne Morris as celebrant. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Caldwell. A Christian Scripture Service will be observed Thursday evening following visitation at 8PM.
