Obituary for Tina L. Tilton
Tina L. Tilton, age 60, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, February 7, 2022, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born July 5, 1961, at Fort Hood, Texas, daughter of Sandra Kay Emory (Ron) Weeter of Barlow. Tina was a 1979 graduate of Fort Frye High School and a graduate of the LPN program at Washington State Community College. She was employed Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge as an LPN in the intensive care unit. She was also employed as a substitute nurse for Caldwell Elementary School. Tina was active in establishing and implementing the Hallmark Christmas Village in Caldwell. She was a member of PAWS, Inc., Humane Society of Noble County and she loved animals. She enjoyed crafting and refinishing furniture. Tina was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her mother and step-father are her husband, Allen D. Tilton, whom she married November 12, 1984; two children, Joshua A. Tilton (Ashley Petry) of Caldwell and Maggie M. Tilton (Cody Little) of Lake Waynoka; 6 grandchildren, Xavier Petry, Havison Petry, Hudson Petry, Bentlee Tilton, Zarihanna Tilton, and Asher Tilton; her siblings, Steve (Jessica) Smith of Marietta and Tammy Jackson of Waterford; a special aunt, Vickie Smith of Waterford; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and many good friends.
Friends may call Thursday, February 10, 2022, from 4-7PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Friday, February 11th at 11AM with Ken Perkins officiating.
