Obituary for Terry "Chad" Newlon
Terry “Chad” Newlon, age 26, of Barnesville, Ohio, died Monday, September 5, 2016, in Mansfield. He was born January 26, 1990, in Marietta, son of James Newlon of New York and Connie Ewing Newlon (fiance, Donnie Carpenter) of Barnesville. He was a 2008 graduate of Shenandoah High School, and a graduate of Belmont Technical College, where he graduated with honors with an associate’s degree in welding. He was employed as a welder and fabricator by Jay Industries in Mansfield. Chad enjoyed his work, he loved to work on and fix things, and he enjoyed mowing. He also enjoyed fishing, taking nature walks, and gaming, especially on Playstation. He loved spending time with his children.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mandie E. Eschman Newlon, whom he married February 14, 2008; his children, Hunter James Newlon, age 9, Lauraligh Renee Newlon, age 7, and twins Ariana Clarice and Bryce Dennis Newlon, age 4; brothers, Corey M. Newlon of Barnesville; Deacon (Sam) Eschman of Mogadore, and Stanley Gutowski, Jr., Thomas Gutowski, and Joey Gutowski, all of Summerfield; sisters, Kimberly Eschman of Mogadore, and Abby Gutowski of Summerfield; his grandmother, Almeta Wade of Summerfield; his mother-in-law, Brenda Varhola of St. Clairsville; his father-in-law, Denny Eschman of Pennsylvania; three nieces, Ivie, Kasen, and Kailyn; three nephews, Benji, Eligh, and Maxx; special family friends Stanley and Jenny Gutowski, Sr.; and his former boss, Kevin Luyster of Barnesville.
Friends may call Saturday, September 10, 2016, from 11AM-4PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow visitation at 4PM with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating.
