Obituary for Norma Jean Romnosky
Norma Jean Romnosky, age 84, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born November 15, 1928, in Caldwell, daughter of the late Hubert and Shelda Grace Davis Hill. She was employed as a waitress for the former Robey’s Coffee Shoppe in Caldwell for many years, and she was a member of the First Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, horses, and shopping. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Terry Romnosky, who died May 11, 1979; two brothers, Bobby Hill and Richard Hill; and infant twin sisters. Surviving are her husband, Mike Romnosky; one daughter, Diana L. Roberts of St. Clairsville; one sister, Ruth Hohman of Caldwell; three brothers, Edward Hill and Kenny Hill, both of Cambridge, and Larry Hill of Caldwell; four grandchildren, Tina Romnosky of Byesville, Shawn Romnosky of Wheeling, West Virginia, Anthony Romnosky of Sarahsville, and Lynnette Vigoffi of Jacobsburg; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, April 29, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. The funeral service will be observed Tuesday, April 20th at 1PM at the Caldwell Church of Christ, 104 Cumberland Street, Caldwell, with Pastor Jim Garrett officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery.
