Maryann Irvin Clark, age 74, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, February 24, 2025, at Altercare Summit Acres. She was born October 4, 1950, in Dennison, daughter of the late Rev. William C. and Wanda M. Andrews Irvin. Maryann was a 1968 graduate of Caldwell High School, a graduate of Kentucky Mountain Bible Institute in Vancleve, Kentucky, and she attended Asbury College in Asbury, Kentucky. She taught at Christian day schools in Ohio and Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Caldwell United Methodist Church, attended St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell, and played the piano at many churches over the years. Maryann enjoyed reading, crocheting, and watching the Trinity Broadcast Network on TV.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Benson Clark, whom she married October 2, 1999, and who died August 29, 2018; and one brother, Rev. John E. (Betty) Irvin.
Surviving are her siblings, William E. (Christine) Irvin of Grove City, Ruth E. (Dwain) Smith of Caldwell; James W. (Connie) Irvin of Gastonia, North Carolina, and Debbie K. (Gary) Smith of Caldwell; and many nieces and nephews
.Friends may call Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 12-2PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the service will follow visitation at 2PM with Ken Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Halley’s Ridge Cemetery.
