Obituary for Mark A. Reed
Mark A. Reed, age 44, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Sunday, August 7, 2016, at his home. He was born October 29, 1971, in Zanesville, son of Linn A. (Joe) Dimmerling Grywalski of Summerfield and Vernon O. “Bud” (Susie) Reed of Caldwell. He was a 1990 graduate of Shenandoah High School, and a graduate of Washington State Community College, where he studied to be an auto diesel mechanic. He was employed by Centria in Cambridge, and he owned and operated a family farm near Ava. He served as a Noble Township trustee, and he was a member of the United Auto Workers Union Local #1836 in Cambridge. Mark enjoyed motorcycle and ATV riding, farming, and hunting, and he loved spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Dawn R. Yonker Reed, whom he married May 7, 1994; two children, Miranda D. (Brent) Dailey of Summerfield and Levi J. Reed of Caldwell; one brother, Anthony (Wendy) Reed of Virginia; one granddaughter, four and a half-year-old Tailyn Jinx Dailey; one nephew, Damon Reed of Virginia; and his mother and father-in-law, Darrel and Donna Yonker of Belle Valley.
Friends may call Wednesday, August 10, 2016, from 2-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. The funeral service will be observed Thursday, August 11th at 11AM at Faith Baptist Church in Belle Valley with Pastor Larry Copley officiating. Burial will follow at Hoskinsville Cemetery.
