Obituary for Louella Belle Hutchins
Louella Belle Hutchins, age 85, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born August 14, 1926, near Macksburg, daughter of the late Manley and Eva Osborne Lent. She was a 1948 graduate of Macksburg High School, and she retired as an inspector from the former Dana Corporation plant in Caldwell following 35 years of service. Mrs. Hutchins was a member of the Macksburg United Methodist Church, and she enjoyed taking bus trips to Renfro Valley, Kentucky, and Branson, Missouri, where she loved to listen to its country and gospel music. She also enjoyed the Senior Citizen Sewing Schools, and she loved animals. She especiallyloved sheep, which she kept until she wasn’t physically able to care for them anymore. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Hutchins; two sisters, Katherine Williams and Beulah Addlespurger; one brother, Carl Harmon; and two brothers who passed in early childhood, Jabez and Robert. Surviving are several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 11AM-1PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow at 1PM with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Williamson Cemetery.
