Obituary for Linda Lee Mazgay
Linda Lee Mazgay, age 54, of Caldwell, Ohio died Monday morning (5/26/2003) at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge, Ohio. She was born November 8, 1948 at Martins Ferry, Ohio a daughter of Bertha Norris Carter of Caldwell, Ohio and the late Robert Carter. She was a homemaker, mother and a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell, Ohio. In addition to her father she is preceded in death by a brother Robert Norris. In addition to her mother she is survivived by her husband Ted E. Mazgay, whom she married in 1966; 2 sons Teddy Joe Mazgay of Lancaster, Ohio and Jimmy Mazgay of Caldwell, Ohio; 2 daughters Mindy (Randy) McElfresh and Stacey (Denny) Saling both of Caldwell, Ohio; 4 sisters Cheryl (Paul) Keith, Deb (Dave) Cartell both of Caldwell, Ohio, Becky (Denny) Miller and Kay (Danny) Miller both of Sarahsville, Ohio; 2 brothers Mike (Jan) Carter of Caldwell, Ohio and Chuck (Jody) Carter of Sarahsville, Ohio; 5 grandchildren Lyndsay & Kyler McElfresh, Haylee & Brennan Saling and Sophie Mazgay; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday (5/28/2003) from 11 AM to 1PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724, where services will be held on Wednesday (5/28/2003) at 1PM with the Rev. Fr. Samuel Saprano officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Belle Valley, Ohio.
