Kevin Edward Schob, age 49, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Friday, December 3, 2004, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center, Cambridge. He was born July 4, 1955, in Marietta, Ohio, son of Dorothy Garrett Schob of Caldwell and the late Cecil Edward Schob, who died in 1962. He was a former employee of Ames Hardwoods of Dexter City, and was a truck driver for several years. He was a Methodist by faith. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Jean Russell. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Tim (Jeanne Marie) Brown of Caldwell; four sisters, Doreen Clark of Dexter City, Vicki Brock of Sarahsville, Mrs. Doug (Kelly) Bettinger and Tina Schob, both of Caldwell; a half-sister, Linda Gebhart of Zanesville; a half-brother, Charles (Donna) Schob of Marietta; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, December 6, 2004, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the service will be Tuesday, December 7th, at 1PM with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating. Burial will be at Lund Cemetery, Macksburg. The family requests that memorials may be made the the American Diabetic Association.
