Obituary for Juanita Nadine Nichols
Juanita Nadine Nichols, age 85, of Sharon, died Sunday, June 5, 2005, at her residence. She was born October 9, 1919, in Arapaho, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Alonza M. and Lydia Roe King. She retired in 1984 as the head deputy of the Noble County Clerk of Courts office, and was a member of the former Olive Green United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and Gideons International. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence R. Nichols, who died in 1992; one daughter, Evelyn Jean Archer, who died in 2003; one grandson, Bryan Rayner, who died in 1974; and two brothers, Don King and Doug King. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. James (Nancy) Secrest of Caldwell, Mrs. Duane (Judy) Weisand of Summerfield, and Mrs. Dave (Rama) Reese of Greentown; two brothers, Eldon (Betty) Wilson and Charles (Wanda) King, all of Oregon; three sisters, Evelyn Reed and Mary Carolyn Moon, both of Oklahoma, and Regina Bridgman of Caldwell; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday, June 7, 2005, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be Wednesday, June 8, at 11AM with Pastor Helen Lewis and Father Samuel Saprano officiating.
