Obituary for Joseph Quentin King
Joseph Quentin King, age 17, of Sarahsville, Ohio, died Saturday near Caldwell of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born August 14, 1986 in Cambridge, Ohio, son of Joseph Z. King of Sarahsville and Cheryl J. (Kevin) Miller Harper of Flat Rock, Michigan. He was a senior welding student at Muskingum-Perry Career Center, Zanesville, and an employee of McDonalds of Caldwell. He was a member of the Center Free Methodist Church, Sarahsville. In addition to his parents and step-father, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Doris and John Moore of Byesville and Pat Miller of Pleasant City; paternal grandparents, Paul and Rosa King of Caldwell; paternal great-grandmother, Rosa Clark of Caldwell; step-grandparents Bill and Sandra Harper of Michigan; two sisters, Alicia Annette King of Sarahsville and Kyla Ranee King of Pleasant City; two step-sisters, Ashley and Allison Harper; two step-brothers, David and Brandon Harper, all of Saginaw, Michigan; one niece, Allie Mae King; and one nephew, Skylar D. King, both of Pleasant City. Friends may call Tuesday, July 27, from 2-4 and 7-9PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the service will be Wednesday, July 28, at 11AM with Pastor Nate Gibbons officiating. Burial will follow at Center Free Methodist Church Cemetery near Sarahsville.
