Obituary for Joseph B. Waite
Joseph B. Waite, age 54, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, October 28, 2013, near Ava. He was born December 30, 1958, in Zanesville, son of James D. and Pearl Reed Waite of Cumberland. He was a 1977 graduate of Shenandoah High School, and he was employed as a lead worker/bin filler for Avon, Inc. in Zanesville. He was a member of the Byesville Assembly of God in Byesville, and he enjoyed horseback riding, fishing, and hunting. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Velma I. Radcliff Waite, whom he married April 23, 1988; three sons, Jim E. (Kristi) Vincent and Steven W. Vincent, all of Malta, and Rick E. (Monica) Vincent of Caldwell; his siblings, Linda D. (Larry) Clark of Reinersville, Debora E. (Jim) Ray of McConnellsville, Mike (Carolyn) Waite of Cumberland, and Karen E. (David) Law of Caldwell; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two aunts; two uncles; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may call Thursday, October 31, 2013, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. The funeral service will be observed Friday, November 1, 2013, at 11AM at the Byesville Assembly of God, 102 South 7th Street, Byesville, with Pastor Joe Summers and Rev. Carl Radcliff officiating.
