Jill A. Foley, age 66, of Pleasant City, Ohio, died Friday, April 19, 2024, at Altercare Zanesville. She was born July 10, 1957, in Cambridge, daughter of the late J. Austin and E. Ruthanna “Ruth” Mendenhall Hannahs. Jill was a 1975 graduate of Shenandoah High School, where she was active in the band, and she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Development from Zane State College. She retired from Wal-Mart in Cambridge. Jill loved to travel and she loved dogs and frogs. She especially loved her Sister Days and was a lot of fun to be around.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kirby A. Foley, whom she married December 10, 1992, and who died April 27, 2023.
Surviving are her siblings, Jeff (Lorna) Hannahs of Sarahsville, June Klingensmith of Cambridge, and Judy Tyson (Tom Reed) of Zanesville; her aunt and uncle, Wilma Bates and John (Wilma Ellen) Mendenhall, all of Sarahsville; sisters-in-law, Teresa Thompson, Vera Foley, Rita Hiles, and Lavern Glenn; a brother-in-law, Allen Foley; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
There will be no service at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to Paws, Inc. Humane Society of Noble County at www.noblepawsinc.com.
