Obituary for Jenny Lee Reeves
Jenny L. Reeves, age 76, of Marietta, Ohio, died Monday, February 10, 2014, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born November 9, 1937, in Marietta, daughter of the late Spencer Fred and Jayne Marie Gray. She was employed as a secretary for Modern Woodmen of America in Parkersburg.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Lee Reeves, who died May 5, 2008; and two brothers, Gary and Christopher Gray.
Surviving are her husband, Dewey L. Reeves; one son, Christian "Kit" (Cindy L.) Reeves of Caldwell; one sister, Arlene (Joe) Strain of Pharr, Texas; one brother, Zane (Marion) Gray of Fairfield, Pennsylvania; one granddaughter, Ceirra Reeves of Caldwell; one sister-in-law, Wilma Ward; and a special friend, Pam Hopkins.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 6PM-8PM and Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 4PM-7PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow visitation at 7PM. Cremation will be observed and inurnment will be in Ogles Ridge Cemetery at a later time. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation at www.arthritis.org.
