Jeffrey W. Fish, age 61, of Pleasant City, Ohio, died Monday, May 27, 2024, at OSU Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was born December 10, 1962, in Pleasant City, son of the late Walter D. “Buddy” and Rose Marie Ickes Fish. Jeff attended Meadowbrook High School and worked in oil fields prior to working for Shelly and Sands in road construction for 35 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2952 in Caldwell, was an associate life member of the VFW, and a member of the 672 Sportsmen’s Club. Jeff enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and playing pool and poker. He was a hard worker, good dad, and was devoted to his family.
He is survived by his children, Tyler L. Fish (Tabitha Sexton) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Nickolas R. (Laci) Fish of Pleasant City, and Allie Bay of Gratiot; four grandchildren, Dalton Mann, Darcie Mann, Geneva Wilson, and Lillyanna Elaine Fish; his siblings, Cheryl (Jim) Thompson and David (Ruth) Fish, all of Pleasant City; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A private Celebration of Life service will be observed by the family. McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, is caring for the family.
