Jeffrey A. “Jeff” Duvall, age 58, of Salesville, Ohio, died Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his home. He was born January 24, 1965, in Wheeling, West Virginia, son of the late Lee and Madelyne Hamilton Duvall. Jeff was a 1983 graduate of Meadowbrook High School. He was employed by Cardida Corporation for several years and owned and operated Hilltop Hunting Supplies in Cumberland. He was a member of the UKC Kennel Club and he raised champion treeing Walker Coon Hounds. He loved hunting and he won a world championship raccoon hunt in 2000. He also enjoyed collecting case knives, .22 rifles, and going fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law, Donald Spicer, Sr.; and two brothers-in-law, Donald Spicer, Jr. and Clark Donohue.
Surviving are his wife, Teresa E. Spicer Duvall, whom he married in 1993; one son, Brandon E. (Anne) Heddleson of Zanesville; two granddaughters, Charlotte and Daphne Heddleson-Blood; his mother-in-law, Carol Sue Spicer of Caldwell; sister-in-law, Connie Sue Donohue of Philo; two brothers; several nieces and nephews; and many friends, including special friends Jeff and Trena Graves.
Friends may call Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. A private burial will take place at Sharon Cemetery and a celebration of life service will be observed at a later date.
