Obituary for Isadore A. Snider, Jr.
Isadore A. Snider, Jr., age 77, of Fulda, Ohio, died Saturday, February 27, 2016, at his home. He was born April 27, 1938, in Fulda, son of the late Isadore Otto and Emma Molly Estadt Snider. He retired as the owner and operator of Snider Construction. Mr. Snider was a member of the St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda, a member of the Caldwell Moose Lodge #221, and a former member of the Carpenters Union. He enjoyed making wine and making sausage.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Scott Snider; one grandson, Jonathan Pangle; one daughter-in-law, Tedi Snider; one sister, Mildred Snider; and two infant brothers and one infant sister.
Surviving are his wife, Dolores M. Schoeppner Snider, whom he married October 18, 1958; his children, Dr. Andrew M. (Elaine) Snider of Shelby Twp., Michigan, Dana H. (Adrienne) Snider of Nashville, Tennessee, Jacqueline E. Snider of Fulda, and Karen D. Snider and Steven I. Snider, both of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Lillian M. Snider of Columbus and Marcella R. Snider of Fulda; 7 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Friday, March 18, 2016, from 4PM-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where a rosary will conclude visitation at 8PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be observed Saturday, March 19th at 10:30AM at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda with Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Parish Cemetery.
