Obituary for Hilda Lucille Yeagle
Hilda Lucille Yeagle, age 82, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born April 14, 1931, in Noble County, daughter of the late John and Blanche Trenner Archer. She was a graduate of Belle Valley High School. Mrs. Yeagle was a homemaker, and a member of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda. She loved gardening and canning. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman C. Yeagle, who died November 2, 1997; one sister, May Belle McIlyar; and an infant sister, Margaret Archer. Surviving are one son, Herman J. “Junior” (Becky) Yeagle of Caldwell; two brothers, Paul (Mary Ruth) Archer and Clyde (Twila) Archer, both of Caldwell; two sisters, Nellie Merry and Edith Hohman, both of Caldwell; three grandchildren, Joseph (Maggie) Yeagle, James Yeagle, and Kristy Yeagle (fiancé Ryan Lori), all of Caldwell; 2 great-grandchildren Tyler Cobb and Rylynn Lori; a special friend, Nellie Poulton of Caldwell; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday, May 23, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where a vigil service will be observed at 8 PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 24, 2013, at 10AM at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulda, with Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris as celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell.
