Obituary for Henrietta Arline Lee
Henrietta Arline Lee, age 91, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 23, 2012, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell under hospice care. She was born June 3, 1920, at the home of her parents in Noble County. She was the daughter of the late George Harley and Olive Mariah Bond Milligan. She was a 1937 graduate of Belle Valley High School, and she was employed by B. F. Goodrich in Akron for many years. Following her marriage, she became a homemaker and spent many hours gardening and enjoying the presence of her many pets over the years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rennard G. Lee, whom she married April 18, 1953, and who passed away December 18, 1979; and one brother, Dale Milligan. Surviving are one brother, Dean Milligan of Caldwell; one step-son, Skip (Judy) Lee of Houston, Texas; one sister-in-law, Frances Milligan of Caldwell; nieces and nephews, Terry (Lou Anne) Milligan, Christine (Eddie) Forshey, Cheryl (Tom) Tonnous, Mike (Sue) Milligan, and Michelle (George) Hesson; four step-grandchildren; eight step-great-granddaughters; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be greatly missed by her niece, Christine and her brother, Dean, as well as her primary caregivers for many years, Ruth Phillips, Debi Fink, and Cindy Thompson. Family and friends may gather Friday, April 27, 2012, at 9AM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. A graveside service will follow at 11AM at Hoskinsville Cemetery with Pastor Sandra Payette officiating.
