Gregory Lee “Greg” Ritterbeck, age 69, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. He was born February 13, 1953, in Canton, son of Alma Eileen Glidden Ritterbeck of Pleasant City and the late Clarence G. “Chick” Ritterbeck. Greg was a United States Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He worked in trucking and construction and was a member of the Caldwell VFW Post #4721. He loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles and driving his golf cart around town. He loved kids and enjoyed spoiling every kid he met.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Albert Joseph “A.J.” (Sarah) Ritterbeck of Drums, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Larry Stephen Ritterbeck and Michael George (Tami Sue) Ritterbeck, all of Arizona, Debra Ann (Ralph) Mead of Virginia, David Andrew (Janis) Ritterbeck of Tennessee, John Anthony Ritterbeck of Pleasant City, and Kristine Marie Schoeppner of Byesville; and one granddaughter, Presley Rose Ritterbeck.
There will be no service at this time. McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, is caring for the family.
