Obituary for Glen Lee Green
Glen Lee Green, age 63, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Friday, May 25, 2018, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. He was born October 24, 1954, in Caldwell, son of the late William Arthur and Zella Marie Ward Green. He attended Golden Rule School and was employed by the GNC Workshop in Byesville, where he helped build picnic tables. Glen attended the Caldwell Free Methodist Church, and he loved watching TV and playing bingo.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four sisters, Marie Lori, Betty Larrick, Virginia Clark Lori, and Sandra Kay Green; four brothers, Harold A. Green, Floyd Green, Jim Green, and Virgil Green; a nephew, Gary L. Scott; a great-niece, Nicole Henry; and a great-nephew, James M. Cantwell, Jr.
Surviving are his siblings, Eldon (Sonja) Green of Caldwell, Vernon Green of Zanesville, and Ruth Henry of Dexter City; his special niece and caregiver, Virginia May “Inky” (Steve) Warner of Caldwell; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Friends may call Monday, May 28, 2018, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Tuesday, May 29th at 11AM with Ken Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery.
