Obituary for Gary Hugh Farnese
Gary Hugh Farnese, age 63, of Marietta, Ohio, died Saturday, September 23, 2006, at the Washington County Home. He was born June 22, 1943, in Jewell Ridge, West Virginia, son of the late Antonio Telia and Carmella Felino Farnese. He was a retired heavy equipment operator, and a member of the Macksburg United Methodist Church. He is preceded in death by five sisters: Linda Armstrong, Katie Gallagher, Jean Eisen, Kathleen Curcio, and Felicia Cardin. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Farnese; the mother of his children, Judy Farnese Hughey of Caldwell; his children, Gary Lee (Karen) Farnese of New Plymouth, Idaho, Carol Ann Farnese of Thornville, Darrell Allan (Laura) Farnese of Caldwell, Jeanetta Lynn Farnese of Batesville, and Michael Edward (Penny) Farnese of Macksburg; three sisters, Pauline Farnese of Washington, D.C., Rosie Queen of Columbus, and Mrs. Fred (Nan) Calderone of Detroit, Michigan; two brothers, Frank (Vicki) Farnese of Dexter City and Anibole Farnese of Washington, D.C.; 13 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Friends may call Monday, September 25, 2006, from 2-4 and 7-9PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 26 at 11AM with Pastors Bill Pickenpaugh and Ken Ogg officiating.
