Obituary for Florence Luella Morris
Florence Luella Morris, age 96, of Hobe Sound, Florida, went to be with her Lord December 28, 2012, at Manors Nursing Home in Hobe Sound. She was born March 2, 1916, near Stafford, Ohio, daughter of the late Raymond and Lina Johnston Miracle. She lived with her husband, Floyd in Rich Valley from 1937 until 1986, when they moved to Caldwell. Mrs. Morris loved the Lord, and she was a member of the Caldwell Free Methodist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, and homemaker, who dearly loved her husband, children, and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Morris, whom she married March 31, 1937, and who died February 10, 2001; three brothers, Harold, Virgil, and Roy Miracle; and three sisters: her twin sister, Luetta Hughes, and Verna Foraker and Mildred Cisler. She will be missed by her sister, Virginia (Charles) Crawford of Reynoldsburg; her children, Carol (Robert) White and Ruth (Clyde) Lincicome, both of Caldwell, Ivan (Jewel) Morris of Hobe Sound, Florida, and Gerald (Connie) Morris of Marietta; thirteen grandchildren, Kathi, Kevin, Kelsey, Pamela, Cindy, Sharon, Steven, David, Crystal, Missi, Gerald, Jr., Mindy, and Adam; 26 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday, January 1, 2013, from 2-4 and 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Wednesday, January 2nd at 2:30 PM with Pastors Bill Pickenpaugh and Dave Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery.
