Esther P. Keyser, age 80, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Thursday, November 6, 2008, at the Columbus Health Care Center. She was born May 31, 1928, daughter of the late Ross W. ans Mary Feldner Murrey. Esther retired after 25 years of service with Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ, Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Keyser, Sr., whom she married on May 22, 1947, and who died on February 11, 2002; one daughter, Carolyn S. Angus who died in 2007; one brother, Ralph W. Murrey; 1-sister Etta Fries and 1 half sister Leona Mitchell. Surviving are three sons, John W. ?Bill? (June) Keyser of Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania, Homer E. Keyser of the home, and James R. (Pam) Keyser of Vandalia, Ohio; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Friends may call Monday, November 10, 2008, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Tuesday, November 11th at 11AM with Evangelist Craig Matheney officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery.
