Dorothy Margaret Russell, age 93, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Saturday, February 2, 2013, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born March 13, 1919, in Harriettsville, daughter of the late Alexander and Margaret Warner Miller. She retired as a parts assembler for Allen Aircraft in Ravenna, Ohio. Dorothy was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell and its Catholic Women’s Club. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and canning. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl A. Russell; her second husband, William H. Lahue; one daughter, Rebecca Patonai; and several brothers and sisters. Surviving are one son, Rodney T. Russell of Caldwell; one step-son, Gary (Dee) Lahue of Caldwell; four grandchildren, Kim Latona of Cuyahoga Falls, Tim Orolin of Stow, Mark (Renee) Orolin of Green, and Jim (Melissa) Patonai of Wadsworth; two step-grandsons, Brian Lahue and Kevin Lahue, both of Caldwell; six great-grandchildren, Andrew Fullerton, Jonathan Fullerton, Nathan Orolin, Angelique Orolin, Alexis Orolin, and Kamryn Patonai; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Tuesday, February 5, 2013, from 11AM to 1PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral will follow at 1PM with the Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell.
