Donna K. Mishlan, age 62, of Belle Valley, Ohio, died Saturday, December 14, 2024, at her home. She was born September 25, 1962, in Cambridge, daughter of Shirley Cain Cobb of Belle Valley and the late Walter Cobb. Donna was a 1980 graduate of Shenandoah High School and the Mid-East Career Center in Buffalo where she was enrolled in the food service program. She was employed for 19 years at Noble Local Schools where she was the head cook for Shenandoah Elementary School. Donna was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2952 in Caldwell and she enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, traveling, and taking vacations to the beach. She was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Timothy B. Mishlan, whom she married July 5, 1997; her children, Randall R. “Randy” Miller of Caldwell and Nicole L. (Sean) Gilliam and Tim A. (Kalee) Mishlan, all of Belle Valley; her grandchildren, McKenzie Miller, Ryleigh Miller, Sean Gilliam, Sabella Gilliam, Jaliyah “Strawberry” Gilliam, Jameis Gilliam, Lizzy Mishlan, Oliver Mishlan, and Blaise Mishlan; her siblings, Pat Spear of Belle Valley, Connie (Randy) Fleming of Columbus, Debra (Danny) Stephens of Belle Valley, her twin, Linda (Ronnie) Linger of Dexter City, Bob Cobb of Caldwell, Bill (June) Cobb of Belle Valley, Walter Cobb, Jr. of Caldwell, and Tom Cobb of Sarahsville; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where a memorial service will be observed Wednesday, December 18th at 11AM with Pastor Mark Jarvis officiating.
