Obituary for Dianne Porter
Dianne Porter, age 57, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born January 30, 1954, in Caldwell, daughter of Mary Sparks DeLancey of Caldwell and the late Robert DeLancey. She was a homemaker, and she was formerly employed by Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was a member of the Caldwell Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Dianne loved to crochet.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by an infant brother.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, William A. Porter, Sr., whom she married July 21, 1970; five sons, William A. (Amy) Porter, Jr. of Caldwell, Jeremy D. (Mishelle) Porter of Summerfield, Adam E. (Tonya) Porter of Caldwell, Justin M. Porter of Caldwell and Anthony D. (Ericka) Porter of Byesville; her twin sister, Joanne McKown of Caldwell; two brothers, Donald L. DeLancey of Caldwell and Robert L. DeLancey of Calais; 10 grandchildren; and many "adopted" children and grandchildren.
Friends may call Monday, March 21, 2011, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Tuesday, March 22nd at 11AM with Matt Colson officiating.
