Obituary for Deloris Louise Lambert
Deloris Louise Lambert, age 80, of Dexter City, Ohio, died Saturday, September 12, 2015, at her home. She was born September 11, 1935, in Dudley, daughter of the late John William and Geraldine E. McGinnis Heddleson. She was a graduate of Dexter City High School, and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Lambert was a member of the Caldwell Moose Lodge, and she enjoyed going to yard sales, fishing, crocheting, and reading Harlequin romance novels.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lambert; two grandsons, Nathan Hallowell and Aaron M. Lambert, Jr.; two sisters, Joann Mikolajezak and Connie White; two brothers, Robert and Jake Heddleson; and a half-sister, Juanita Egnot.
Surviving are her children, George Michael Chabra, II, and Cheryl (Dave) Gilbert, both of Ravenna, Aaron Michael (Deb) Lambert of Elba, Bonnie Marie (Ronald) Hallowell of Macksburg, and Dreama Renee (Douglas) Bates of Cumberland; two brothers, Jimmy Heddleson of Florida and Paul Heddleson of Cumberland; her long time companion, Jim Stack of the home, one aunt, Agnes Stack of Macksburg; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Monday, September 14, 2015, from 5-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. A graveside service will be observed Tuesday, September 15th at 2PM at Dudley Cemetery with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating.
