Obituary for Clyde Ralph Anderson
Clyde Ralph Anderson, age 71, of Reinersville, Ohio, died Sunday, January 12, 2014, at his home. He was born May 16, 1942, in Noble County, son of the late Ralph H. and Edna Powell Anderson. He retired from Globe Metallurgy in Beverly. Mr. Anderson attended the Reinersville United Methodist Church, and he enjoyed watching NASCAR and working on his cars.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by an infant brother, Jerry Anderson.
Surviving are his wife, Violet E. Teters Anderson, whom he married March 10, 1962; two sons, Phillip T. Anderson of Caldwell and Thomas Craig (Marsha) Anderson of Mooresville, North Carolina; three brothers, Larry Anderson, Francis Anderson (Bea Poling) and Donald (Sue) Anderson, all of Caldwell; four grandchildren, Dustin Theobald, Lindsey (Tim) Vogelsong, Heidi (Derek) McCune, and Annelise Anderson; 3 great-grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Thursday, January 16th at 11AM with Pastor Jim Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Reinersville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army at www.salvationarmyusa.org, the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org, or to the Ocean View United Methodist Church Building Fund, 8400 E.
