Obituary for Claudius C. Freeland
Claudius C. Freeland, age 51, of Cambridge, Ohio, died Friday evening (4/18/2003) at Red Carpet Health Care Center in Cambridge, Ohio. He was born 8/11/1952 in Franklin County, Ohio, a son of Dardenella Fellicina Freeland of Columbus, Ohio and the late Carlos Freeland. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in Vietnam, and was employed as a Corrections Officer at the Noble Correctional Institution in Caldwell, Ohio. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Gloria Freeland; 1 daughter Angela Freeland and 2 sons Daniel & Antonio Freeland. Friends may call Monday (4/21/2002) from 10 AM to 8 PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, Ohio 43724, where services will be held on Tuesday (4/22/2003) at 10 AM with Pastor Aaron Welch officiating. Burial will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Guernsey.
