Obituary for Christine Marie Boyd
Christine Marie Boyd, age 53, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Friday, February 6, 2015, at her home. She was born April 17, 1961, in Cambridge, daughter of the late Theodore Hickman and Joy J. Kirk Judd. She was a 1979 graduate of Caldwell High School, and she was a homemaker. Mrs. Boyd was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Caldwell, and she loved board games, card games, and playing games online.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Hickman.
Surviving are her husband, William H. Boyd, Sr., whom she married March 10, 1979; three children, William H. (Kylie) Boyd, II, of Caldwell, Rebekah R. Archer of Cambridge, and Dalton B. Boyd of the home; one brother, Tim S. Hickman of Caldwell; a half-brother, Chip Hickman of Chicago; 4 grandchildren, Lindsey Butler, Boston Archer, Bryn Boyd, and Zane Boyd; her beloved rescue dog, a beagle/basset mix named Wimpy; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Sunday, February 8, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. The funeral service will be observed Monday, February 9th at 1PM at the Main Street Church of Christ, 631 Main Street, Caldwell, with Aaron Seiler and Craig Matheney officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marietta Hospice, 450 Pike Street, Suite I1, Marietta, Ohio, 45750.
