Cheryl A. Clark, age 57, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, February 20, 2017, at her home. She was born August 14, 1959, in Marietta, daughter of the late Alex “Eck” and Annabelle Eve Lori Clark. She was a 1978 graduate of Caldwell High School. Cheryl was formerly employed by Dave and Mary King at King Quarries in Zanesville where she weighed trucks as a scale operator. Most recently she was employed by Gillespie’s Drugs, where she worked from 1989-2016. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. Cheryl was an avid Caldwell Redskins fan, and she enjoyed going to football games and shopping, and she loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Kathy R. Clark and infant sister Christine Clark.
Surviving are three brothers, Randall A. (Lisa) Clark, Tom A. (Jodi) Clark, and Mike T. (Liz) Clark, all of Caldwell; her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Josh, Kendra, Latisha, Marjorie, Michael, Kayla, Amanda, Stacey, Logan, Morgan, and Tanner; great-nieces and nephews, Xavier, Havison, Hudson, Lilly, Raelyn, Brayden, Blake, Peyton, Jacob, Jackson, and Landry; her very close friends, Sharon Davis and Lori Garvin; and her beloved dog, Jasper.
Friends may call Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where a vigil service will conclude visitation at 8PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be observed Thursday, February 23rd at 10AM at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell with Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris and Rev. Fr. Chet Pabin as celebrants. Burial will follow at East Union Cemetery.
