Obituary for Carol Marlene Ogle
Carol Marlene Ogle, age 72, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center in Zanesville. She was born January 24, 1938, in Belle Valley, daughter of the late Virgil and Irene Carnes Uhl. She was a 1956 graduate of Belle Valley High School, and she was employed as a receptionist by Drs. Ditch and Cox in Caldwell, and retired from the office of Dr. Dan Ailes in New Concord. She was a member of the Belle Valley United Methodist Church, and she enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Reds.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Don Uhl.

Surviving are her husband, Edgel B. Ogle, whom she married August 24, 1961; one daughter, Karen S. Ogle of Los Angeles, California; one son, David C. Ogle of the home; two sisters, Joan (Tal) Taylor of Seattle, Washington and Patty (Dave) Montenaro of Vero Beach, Florida; one grandson, Lukas M. Kovacevich of Los Angeles, California; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Friday, October 1, 2010, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Saturday, October 2, 2010, at 11AM with Pastor Sandra Payette officiating. Burial will follow at Dudley Cemetery.
