Obituary for Bonnie E. McCune
Bonnie E. McCune, age 81, of Macksburg, Ohio, died Saturday, April 25, 2020, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born August 8, 1938, in Washington County, Ohio, daughter of the late Clifford and Hilma Morgenstern Barlow. She was a 1955 graduate of Lower Salem High School. Bonnie was a beloved mother and homemaker. She enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles, and she loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Ellis McCune, whom she married July 22, 1972, and who died January 6, 2017; and one grandson, Ryder McCune.
Surviving are her children, James Daniel McCune of Caldwell and Cindy Jo McCune of Macksburg; and three grandchildren, Kaden, Zoey, and Hope McCune.
A graveside service will be observed Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 11AM at Lund Cemetery in Macksburg with Pastor Bill Pickenpaugh officiating.
