Obituary for Bobby E. "Turk" Antill
Bobby E. “Turk” Antill, age 67, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, October 5, 2020, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. He was born June 17, 1953, son of the late Elmer and Bonita June Brotton Antill. He was a 1971 graduate of Caldwell High School and he worked for many years building silos. He retired from Ames Hardwood in Dexter City. Turk loved his dogs. He was a good man who was a friend to many. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 3 sisters, Diana K. Everly, Susan L. White, and Michele R. Antill; one brother, Ricky J. Antill; a brother-in-law, Terry Dennis; and 3 nephews. Surviving are his siblings, Gary (Jane) Antill of North Fairfield, Greg Antill of Caldwell, Vicki Dennis of Dexter City, and Steve Antill (Brenda Antill) of Caldwell; a brother-in-law, Jack White; his long time friend, Becky Bonar; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Max, II. Friends may Thursday, October 8, 2020, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Friday, October 9th at 11AM with Ken Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Rado Ridge Cemetery. For public safety, guests are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all gatherings.
