Obituary for Annabelle E. Clark
Annabelle Eve Clark, age 74, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Friday, May 18, 2007, at the Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio. She was born May 14, 1933, in Caldwell, daughter of the late Lewis and Anna Lorey Lori. Annabelle had worked as a waitress at the former City and Fern Restaurants in Caldwell. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and its Catholic Women's Club. She was an avid Caldwell Redskins Fan and had served for many years as President of the Caldwell Athletic Boosters Club. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Christine Clark; a daughter, Kathy R. Clark, who died June 29, 1994; one sister, Pearl Wheeler; and one brother, Jim Lori. Surviving are her husband Alex 'Eck' Clark, whom she married September 1, 1953; one daughter, Cheryl A. Clark of Caldwell; three sons, Randall A. (Lisa) Clark, Tom A. (Jodi) Clark, and Mike T. (Liz) Clark, all of Caldwell; one sister, Marie Gornall of Lancaster; two brothers, Bob Lori of Belle Valley and Eddie Lori of Lancaster; 11 grandchildren, Ashley Petry, Joshua, Kendra and Latisha Clark, Lakyn Hunter, Kayla, Amanda, and Stacey Clark, and Logan, Morgan, and Tanner Clark; 3 great-grandchildren, Xavier, Havison, and Hudson Petry; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, May 21, 2007, from 2-4 and6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell, where Christian Scripture services will be held at 7:30PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Tuesday, May 22 at 10AM at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell with Father Dale Tornes as celebrant. Burial will follow at East Union Cemetery.
