Obituary for AnnaBelle Rose Keylor
AnnaBelle Rose Keylor, age 83, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at The Stonebrooke Rehabilitation Center in New Castle, Indiana. She was born May 20, 1929, in Guernsey County, Ohio, daughter of the late Abraham and Louella Slasor Thompson. She was a 1947 graduate of Old Washington High School. Mrs. Keylor was formerly employed by Hamilton Beach in Byesville, and she retired from Steve’s Cafeteria in Caldwell.. She enjoyed walking and gardening. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph W. Keylor, who died in 1992; five sisters, June Wilson, Shirley Harper, Peggy Hauck, Ruth Critser, and Deannie Robinson; and one brother, William Thompson. Surviving are two sons, Joseph W. Keylor of New Berne, North Carolina and Jonathan W. (Leslie) Keylor of Shirley, Indiana; her siblings, Sonny (Dottie) Thompson of Buffalo, Elizabeth Whitman of Camden, Fran (Cecil) Hall of Quaker City, Pat King of Steubenville, Margie (Danny) Palmer of Belle Valley, Si (Nancy) Thompson of Mt. Perry, and Kenny (Charlotte) Thompson of Palaka, Florida; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Friends may call Friday, May 25, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Saturday, May 26th at 11AM with Pastor John Powell officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery in Caldwell.
