Obituary for Anna B. Stevenson
Anna B. Stevenson, age 87, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. She was born July 8, 1926, in Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Charles and Mary Anna Clary. She retired as a waitress, and she was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Caldwell and the Order of the Eastern Star in the Cleveland area. She enjoyed going to the Noble County Senior Center, and she loved playing bingo and reading.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Lee “Bud” Stevenson, whom she married November 19, 1981, and who died December 31, 2005; one daughter, Donna Lee Connelly; one sister, Sarah Steadham; and two brothers, Charles and James Clary.
Surviving are one daughter, Kathleen Mary Mathews of Woodsfield; one brother, Richard Clary of Pennsylvania; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Sunday, April 13, 2014, from 4-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. The funeral service will be observed Monday, April 14th a 11AM at the Main Street Church of Christ with Craig Matheney officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery.
