Obituary for Ann Agnes Sholtis
Ann Agnes Sholtis, age 87, of Caldwell died Monday evening (4/22/2002) at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born 8/22/1914 in Noble County, Ohio a daughter of the late Thomas and Susie Valcoik Sholtis. She retired in 1980 from the Harry London Candy Company in Canton and was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell and the Catholic Womens Club. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 3 sisters Mary London, Catherine Johnson & Helen Sholtis; and 5 brothers John, Frank, Joe, Mike & Andrew Sholtis. Surviving are several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews. Friends may call Thursday (4/25/2002) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home in Caldwell where Christian Scripture Services will be held at 8:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday (4/26/2002) at 10 AM at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell with Fr. Dale Tornes as celebrant. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Caldwell.
