Obituary for Anita A. Riddle
Anita A. Riddle, age 60, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Monday, February 9, 2009, at Genesis Bethesda Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio. She was born May 13, 1948, in Cambridge, daughter of the late John ?Ginger? and Ann Sakash Repasky. Anita was a 1966 graduate of the former Guernsey Catholic Central High School where she was class valedictorian. She had received her bachelor?s degree in education from West Liberty State College, where she was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. Early in her career, she taught at Holy Trinity School in Byesville. She retired from Caldwell Exempted Village Schools where she taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes. Anita was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Brad Riddle, who died in 2002. Surviving are one son, B. Brett (Trish) Riddle of Knoxville, Tennessee; one daughter, Kelly A. Riddle of Caldwell; one sister, Rebecca Scott of Dublin; and two nephews, Michael and Jeffrey Scott of Dublin. Friends may call Friday, February 13, 2009, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where Christian Scripture Services will follow at 8PM. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be observed Saturday, February 14th at 10AM at St. Stephen Catholic church with the Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris as celebrant. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery in Caldwell. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Caldwell Elementary School Library, 44350 Fairground Road, Caldwell, Ohio 43724
