Obituary for Albert Earl "Alfie" Hesson
Albert Earl “Alfie” Hesson, age 62, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. He was born September 17, 1956, in Cambridge, son of the late George and Mildred Cecilia Noll Hesson. He was a graduate of Washington State Community College, earning a degree from the diesel mechanic program. Alfie was employed working in oil fields, as a truck driver, and as a house painter, painting both inside and outside of homes. He loved playing games on Play Station and flower gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine A. Law Hesson, whom he married August 25, 2012; his step-children, Jessica Feldner of Kentucky, Christopher (Jeney) Feldner of Yoder, Colorado, and Steven McIntire of Caldwell; 5 sisters, Mary Oblisk of Stafford, Alice Hesson of Caldwell, Sandy Mace of New Matamoras, Peggy Baker of Canton, and Debra Kovaleski of Caldwell; 2 brothers, George Hesson of Belle Valley and Bill Hesson of New Matamoras; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call Monday, October 8, 2018, from 2-4PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will follow visitation at 4PM.
