Obituary for Sandra Kay Green
Sandra Kay Green, age 70, of Caldwell, Ohio, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Summit Acres Nursing Home in Caldwell. She was born February 1, 1947, in Washington County, daughter of the late William Arthur and Zella Marie Ward Green. She was a 1965 graduate of Caldwell High School, and she was a beloved homemaker and a devoted caregiver for her brother, Glen. She was a member of the Caldwell Free Methodist Church, and she loved quilting, knitting, crocheting, and making hand crafts.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Lori, Betty Larrick, and Virginia Clark Lori; her brothers, Harold A. Green, Floyd Green, Jim Green, and Virgil Green; and a great-niece, Nicole Henry.
Surviving are her siblings, Eldon (Sonja) Green of Caldwell, Vernon Green of Zanesville, Glen Green of Caldwell, and Ruth Henry of Dexter City; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday, April 12, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell, where the funeral service will be observed Thursday, April 13th at 11AM with Ken Perkins officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery.
