Obituary for Lynne E. Ginn
Lynne E. Ginn, age 52, of Cumberland, Ohio, died Monday, April 17, 2017, at SE Ohio Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. She was born September 29, 1964, in Guernsey County, daughter of Diana L. Roth Taylor of Byesville and David V. (Sue) Taylor of New Concord. She retired as a bartender from The Oasis in Belle Valley. Lynne was a former member of the Caldwell Eagles, and she was currently a member of the Buffalo VFW Auxiliary #8040 and the Belle Valley American Legion Auxiliary #641. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and she loved taking care of her cattle, chickens, dogs, and cats.
She is preceded in death by one brother, Jeffrey D. Taylor.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Fred “Butch” Ginn, whom she married January 1, 2015; one son, David F. Boyd of Junction City; two step-sons, Buddy (Helen) Ginn of Cambridge and Brett (April) Ginn of Thornville; one sister, Tamara R. Harris of Zanesville; one brother, Ralph V. Taylor of Cambridge; one step-brother, Rob Erwin of New Concord; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday, April 21, 2017, from 4PM-7PM at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East Street, Caldwell. A graveside service will be observed Saturday, April 22nd at 11AM at Halley’s Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Gary Fitzgerald officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Buffalo VFW Auxiliary #8040, 11910 Clay Pike Rd., Buffalo, Ohio, 43722.
